I painted up the new Amon Hen model from Forgeworld. Another nice addition and centerpiece for the collection. I really enjoyed painting it, cetainly as it was the only model I managed to paint in december.

I painted the Nazgul of Dol Guldur. Beautiful Forgeworld models. A real joy to paint!

This month I started a new project. I took a dive into A song of ice and fire miniature game and bought the Night's Watch starterset. Knowing my enormous backlog I decided to paint the complete army with contrast paint. After a few test figures I painted the first unit, the Sworn Swords.
I'm suprised with the result. With minimal time you can get a realy decend result. I'm still experimenting and trying some stuff out. Some colours work better then others but in general I'm happy with the result:
