Rangers of the North

I painted up the last batch of Dunedain for my Rangers army. I realy enjoyed painting these sculps. Lovely models full of detail and a nice addition to the army.

 

The grey company and Halbarads

Update time. I continued working on the grey company and the three different Halbarad poses. Beautiful models and another army that is nearing completion.

Thorin's Company

I painted up the last dwarfs of the old Hobbit starter set as they were laying around for almost a decade. I used the tale of painters painting guide by Garfy.

Another small Flames of war update. I made some progress and painted up some 5CM PaK38 guns.

 

The Witch King of Angmar

I painted up the lovely new Witch King sculpt. The new plastic sets are a true joy to paint.

Easterlings: part 8 - first of the black dragons

Another small update on the easterling front. The first batch of black dragons is done.

 

Army showcase: Arnor

I started another small army just for the joy of it, Arnor! I have been wanting to paint them for a while but I never came to it. I only own a small contingent and I refuse to pay hunderds of Euro's for another small warband so I will be waiting until they return in stock to continue it. 

Lovely models an a joy to paint. I alreally look forward to paint some  more.

 

Flames of War

After playing a few Flames of War matches I decided to paint up some of the remainingmodels. I started with another DAK infantery company. I also bought a whole bunch of new units. So there will be a few updates soon...

 

Beornings - Army showcase

Beornings!

My latest project. As soon as I saw the models I new this would be the next project. Over the last month I painted the whole army. Once again lovely Forgeworld sculpts. Grimbeorn was just brilliant. The difference in quality with the Grimbeorn bear model from Forgeworld and the old Beorn bear model is mindblowing. Only downpoint for the Beornings is the limited variation in sculps. I ended up converting most of them to give the army some variation.

I played four games with them the last few weeks and they devestated every opponent. Strong army and a fun project!

 

More Mordor

I managed to paint up some more Mordor reinforcements. The new Mordor heroes Muzgur and Rasgush. Lovely models and Muzgur in his assault on Lothlorien legendary legion is truely fantastic.

I also painted up the last of the metal Mordor orcs.

Next up is a new Beorning army. I will try to paint the complete army within a month :D.
